The person making the booking confirms that they have the authority to accept these Terms on behalf of all travelers included in the reservation.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed by Trocals are subject to availability and may change without prior notice until a booking is confirmed.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Prices are quoted in the applicable currency specified at the time of booking.
• Applicable taxes may be included or displayed separately.
• Additional charges may apply for optional services, upgrades, permits, or special requests.

Trocals reserves the right to cancel bookings where payment is not received by the agreed deadline.

4. Traveler Responsibilities

Travelers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate booking information.
• Ensuring possession of valid passports, visas, permits, and travel documents.
• Meeting health, vaccination, and entry requirements where applicable.
• Arriving at designated meeting points on time.
• Following instructions provided by guides, hosts, and local partners.
• Respecting local customs, communities, cultures, and environments.

Travelers are responsible for any costs arising from incomplete documentation or failure to comply with travel requirements.

5. Health & Fitness

Some experiences may involve walking, hiking, cycling, wildlife activities, or other physical participation.

By joining a Trocals experience, travelers confirm that they are physically capable of participating and have disclosed any relevant medical conditions that may affect their participation or safety.

Trocals reserves the right to decline participation if a traveler's condition may pose a risk to themselves, other guests, or staff.

6. Changes to Itineraries

Trocals may occasionally modify itineraries due to:

• Weather conditions
• Safety concerns
• Local events
• Transportation disruptions
• Government restrictions
• Operational requirements

Where possible, suitable alternatives will be provided. Such changes do not automatically entitle travelers to refunds.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

All cancellations and refunds are governed by the Trocals Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Travelers are encouraged to review the policy before booking.

8. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering:

• Trip cancellation
• Medical emergencies
• Personal accidents
• Lost baggage
• Travel delays
• Emergency evacuation where applicable

Trocals is not responsible for losses that could reasonably have been covered by travel insurance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trocals shall not be liable for:

• Personal injury
• Illness
• Property loss or damage
• Missed flights or transportation
• Travel delays
• Visa refusals
• Actions of third-party suppliers
• Events beyond our reasonable control

Trocals acts as an organizer and facilitator of experiences and may engage independent service providers including guides, accommodation providers, transportation companies, activity operators, and local hosts.

Our liability shall not exceed the total amount paid directly to Trocals for the affected booking.

10. Force Majeure

Trocals shall not be liable for any failure, delay, disruption, or cancellation resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Floods
• Earthquakes
• Extreme weather
• Epidemics or pandemics
• Government actions
• Political unrest
• War
• Transportation strikes
• Infrastructure failures

In such circumstances, refunds, credits, or alternative arrangements may depend upon recoverable amounts from suppliers and partners.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Trocals website, including but not limited to:

• Text
• Images
• Videos
• Logos
• Branding
• Graphics
• Itineraries
• Tour descriptions

is owned by or licensed to Trocals and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

12. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Interfere with website functionality.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or related services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India.
