We sign a simple partnership agreement including your confirmed revenue share. You receive a branded booking link to share with your community, plus a shareable itinerary deck.
- 5Weeks 4–12Bookings Open & Fill
Your community books directly with Trocals. We handle all payments, confirmation emails, pre-retreat briefings, dietary collection, and WhatsApp group management. You watch your retreat fill up.

What's the minimum community size to partner with Trocals Collective?▼
We typically work with groups of 10 or more — enough to make the retreat economically viable and create a meaningful group dynamic. That said, we've run deeply transformative retreats with as few as 8 people for niche or high-commitment communities. If you're unsure, just book the strategy call and we'll figure it out together.
How is the revenue share calculated?▼
The exact percentage is agreed during your strategy call and depends on the retreat's duration, destination, group size, and the level of customisation involved. It is confirmed in writing before any booking opens. The more established your community and the larger the group, the more favourable the split.
Do I need to have done a retreat before to partner with Trocals?▼
Not at all. Some of our best collective retreats have been a community leader's first. What we look for is depth of trust with your community and a genuine area of expertise — not prior retreat experience.
Can I run my own sessions and workshops during the retreat?▼
Yes — and this is the core idea. The retreat is designed with built-in time blocks for your sessions, workshops, keynotes, or whatever form your expertise takes. Trocals designs the cultural and experiential layer around your content.
How is the retreat branded — my name or Trocals?▼
This is discussed and agreed during your strategy call. Options include fully co-branded ("Your Name x Trocals"), primarily your branding with Trocals credited as the experience partner, or a bespoke name altogether.
What destinations are available for Collective retreats?▼
